Day 12

Thangnag to Gokyo (4800m) to 5th lake (5100m)

Today was a difficult day. I think the altitude stated to kick in, I was very tired, not sleeping too well, not eating too well. I woke up and my eyes were quite swollen, I looked like Nemo but the walk and views are so incredible you almost forget all that.
