M Chung

The one good thing about having TCM come with us was that M Chung came with him.

M Chung is a 54 year old recent grandfather, the has a daughter my age and a son 2 years older. He's of a very calm and quiet nature and for the past 7 days he has been my adoptive Vietnamese father. He would put food on my plate when we were eating, make sure I always had water, cleaned my water bottle.....just always looked after me. He told us stories of what it was like to grow up during the war, how the country had changed....everything.

He was great!
